D'banj reunites with Don Jazzy

Former Mo'Hits Records partners Don Jazzy and D'banj were pictured together for the first time since the broke up in March 2012. This was at D'banj's younger sister's wedding in Lagos. It was also the first time the pair performed together since their split. D'banj allegedly confessed he was extremely happy about the surprise reunion.

 

Tonto Dikeh bleaches her skin

Controversial Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh finally admitted that she uses various products to bleach her skin. Not to mention that she had also admitted she battled with depression and suicide early this year.
 

Maheeda's Instagram is shut down

Thanks to all her nude pics, Maheeda must've broken some kind of record when her Instagram was eventually shut down. Unfortunately she went too far when she posted a picture of male genitals saying they were of a fan "worshipping at her church on Sunday". She has since opened a new account and praised herself for being a rebel.

Davido gives N1mil to fans

In celebration of his 21^st birthday this year, Davido anounced on Twitter that he was giving away N1million to his fans. Davido had previously given N500 000 to his fans on his birthday last year.
 

Tiwa Savage gets married

Tiwa Savage announced that she and her fiancé, Tunji 'TeeBillz' Balogun, were set to tie the knot with a traditional ceremony first and a white wedding in the Maldives in February 2014

 

Wale performs in Nigeria

American rapper Wale (who is of Nigerian descent) was due to perform in Nigeria for the first time ever at rapper Ice Prince's Fire of Zamani album launch but failed to because his flight ticket was allegedly not paid for. The rapper later performed in Nigeria for the Johnnie Walker 'Step Up To The Vip Lifestyle' event.

Karen Igho has cancer

Last year's Big Brother Africa winner, Karen Igho shocked many when she recently announced on Twitter that she has been diagnosed with cancer and will be getting treatment. Although Karen failed to mention what type of cancer she has, she has allegedly been treated for lumps in her breasts before.
