The Plateau State police command arrested one Mr Umaru Chochi for allegedly raping his grand daughters and has since been in custody awaiting trial.
Mr Umaru Chochi in his defense blames his grand daughters for always coming to him, he said they were enticing him.
Mr Chochi i pray you riot in jail, that's not a justification for rape.....
