The singer recently praised the vast rise of singer, Adekunle Gold, whom he signed under his label some months back and within a short pace of time; the singer has been able to win the heart of many.
According to the singer, “Today I say thank God for bringing Adekunle Gold my way. I feel so blessed to be part of his journey to greatness.”
Olamide had on several occasions stated that his sole aim for his artistes is to ensure that they succeed before leaving his label and should be able to stand on their own without issues.

US agency: Unable to contact dentist about Cecil the lion's death

WASHINGTON, July 30 (Reuters) - The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has not been able to contact the American dentist accused of killing a beloved lion in Zimbabwe, agency director Dan Ashe said on Thursday.
Ashe, in a post on Twitter, called the killing of Cecil the lion "tragic" and said his agency will "go where facts lead" in its investigation of the lion's death.
Suburban Minneapolis dentist Walter Palmer has admitted to killing the animal but said he believed the hunt was legal.

What Buhari Told America On Same $ex Marriage

Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari, who is currently in the United States of America (USA), where he went to meet President Barak Obama, has stressed that there is no way Nigeria can succumb to pressure to accept same $ex marriage.
During a discussion with the joint session of Senate and House Committees on Foreign Affairs, the issue was raised but Buhari was stern in his stand on the matter.
According to the President’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adeshina, Buhari maintained that sodomy is against the law in Nigeria and abhorrent to the culture.
“The issue of g@y marriage came up here yesterday. PMB was point blank. Sodomy is against the law in Nigeria, and abhorrent to our culture.
“The same $ex marriage issue came up at the joint session of Senate and House Committees on Foreign Affairs, not in direct talks with Obama. Talks shifted to another matter once PMB emphatically stated Nigeria's stand on same $ex marriage. The issue was not pushed,” he said.

Meek Mill Accuses Drake of Using Ghostwriter in Twitter Tirade: ‘He Don’t Write His Own Raps!’

Meek Mill took to Twitter on Wednesday morning to blast Drake for allegedly not writing his own songs.
"Stop comparing drake to me too... He don't write his own raps! That's why he ain't tweet me album because we found out!" The rapper tweeted.
Moreover, he went on to write that the whole industry knows Drake's apparent secret of using a ghostwriter, but are too afraid to speak out and tell the truth.
