Femi Adebayo shoots new cancer TV Series



If report reaching us is anything to go by , then it means popular Yoruba movie actor Femi Adebayo who was recently reported to have been attacked by hoodlums during a movie shot in kwara State is set to take the Yoruba movie industry to a new dimension.Report has it that the actor is set to create awareness and proffer solution to the dreaded breast and cervical cancer, which are spreading like wild fire globally, as the versatile and highly intelligent actor, Femi Adebayo otherwise known as Jelili has been awarded a big budget project to shoot 13 different episodes on Breast and Cervical cancer by the First Lady of Kwara State, Omolewa Abdulfatai which will be shown on TV stations across the country. The TV Series is titled: "Arun Jejere" literary means cancer. Jelili and his crew are presently on Locations in Kwara and Oyo States.According to research, Cervical cancer is a dangerous disease that affects women in the womb. It is a malignant neoplasm arising from cells originating in the cervix uteri. One of the most common symptoms of cervical cancer is abnormal vaginal bleeding but in some cases there may be no obvious symptoms until the cancer has progressed to an advanced stage and the treatment usually consists of surgery (including local excision) in early stages, and chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy in more advanced stages of the disease.While Breast cancer is a type of cancer originating from breast tissue, most commonly from the inner lining of milk ducts or the lobules that supply the ducts with milk, and it occurs in humans and other mammals. It takes the grace of God to survive it.However, we learnt that the First Lady has a Foundation on cancer called Leah Charity Foundation to educate people about the disease and how it can be cure.The TV drama features the likes of Femi Adebayo, Oga Bello, Bimbo Thomas, Muyiwa Ademola,Fathia Balogun, Eniola Badmus, Sanyeri, Golugo and many others.
